1. Extreme Spanking - PITA Extreme
Racers who choose this option race the entire length of Pain in the ASSinibioine. Beginning at the Forks Market you will cycle 32 km until you reach Beaudry Park. Then racers will paddle 32 km by canoe (teams) or kayak (solo) down the Assiniboine river to the finish line at the Forks.
2. Pedal Your Harte Out - PITA Cyle
Racers begin at Beaudry Park and cycle down the Harte Trail, the longest linear trail in Winnipeg until you make your way to the Finish line at the Forks Market.
3. Go With the Flow - PITA Paddle
Racers begin at Beaudry Park by portaging their canoe or kayak down to the Assiniboine River and paddle through the heart of scenic Winnipeg to the finish line at the Forks Market. Canadian Canoe River Kayak Mountain Biking Entry Fee( CAD ) 90-170/45-85
