There is a run/kayak/mtb / run all off road as well as a run 2 miles/mtb 6 miles/run 2 miles over the same course (minus the kayak). It is a surprisingly undulating and fairly challenging course especially in wet or wintry conditions.
It is a 4 race series (any 2 races to count)but you can compete in just one. Hire kayaks are available at an extra £5. entry fees for BQA are £10. on the day entries £2 extra. hilly (and boggy) cross country run River Kayak Mountain Biking Entry Fee( GBP ) 12
