There are two different course lengths available which cater for all abilities. The short course (6km Run/9km MTB) is aimed at sprint distance and novice multi-sport competitors, while the long course (6km Run/18km MTB/6km Run) is a two-lap race for more experienced and endurance athletes.
You are strongly encouraged to enter QX races early. The number of places available is strictly limited and entry fees increase 28 days before each race.
