Buses: arranged from Shatin, Prince Edward and Admiralty MTR departing at 6:20am for HK$25 extra. Please pay this with entry fee. Map below of departure locations.

13 km course description: (12.8km) For HIKERS & RUNNERS - Yes you can walk this if you want to.

Elevation gain 532m, elevation loss 526m, total gain/loss 1058m, min elevation 3m, max elevation 384m.

Pak Tam Chung - Tai Mong Tsai Rd - Tai Cham Koi - (408m) - Lok Wu Trail - Sai Kung Sai Wan Road - Pak Tam Chung

Water checkpoint: Total 1 (CP1 - Sai Wan Rd near Pagoda).

26km course description: (26.6km) - time limit 9 hours.

Elevation gain 1502m, elevation loss 1442, total gain/loss 2944m, min elevation 1m, highest elevation 468m.

Water checkpoint: Total 3 (CP1 - Chek Keng, CP2 - Sai Wan, CP3 - Sai Wan Road near Pagoda) Aquarius Sport drink & Bonaqua water.

Pak Tam Chung - Tai Mong Tsai Rd - Tai Cham Koi (408m) - Lok Wu Trail - Chek Keng (sea level) -Tai Long Au - Sharp Peak (Nam She Tsim 468m) – Tung Wan – Tai Lo Wan (sea level) – Ham Tin – Sai Wan – Chui Tung Au – Sai Wan Shan (314m) –Lung Ke (sea level) – East Dam – Pak Lap – Tin Hau Temple – Sai Kung Man Yee Rd – West Dam – Sheung Yiu Country Trail – Pak Tam Rd – Pak Tam Country Trail – Pak Tam Au – Ngau Yee Shek Shan (425m) – Cheung Sheung – Wa Mei Shan – Pak Tam – Pak Tam Chung

Water checkpoint: Total 4 (CP1 - Chek Keng - 8 km, CP2 - Sai Wan - 16km, Sai Kung Man Yee Rd M012 - 29km, Pak Tam Rd Pak Tam Country trail entrance - 39km) Aquarius sport drink & Bonaqua water.

TIME LIMIT FOR 50KM IS 12 hrs. Cut-off time at Pak Tam Chung 37km at 4:30pm. There will be a cut-off before dark near Pak Tam Chung. Participants who continue on last Pak Tam Au section after 3:30pm MUST have a headlamp or torch with them and wont be allowed to continue if they don't carry.
