A Super Sprint is exactly what it sounds like. There is no time to look at maps, orient compasses, or search for CPs. The course is marked with a few key points so your team can speed through as fast as you can.

 

This first Super Sprint event will feature a 7 mile bike, 4 mile run, and short paddle all on a marked course for those not ready for the navigation challenge.

 

Every participant must bring a Bike and Bike Helmet but no other gear is mandatory. Water will provided at the Start/Finish but not along the course.

 

This is not a relay race! Your team must stay together throughout. One canoe is provided per team.

 

This is a timed event where the expected winners should be done in one hour. There are no penalties for being overtime and no one hurrying you along. Like all of our races, we expect high level athletes, weekend warriors, and people who just want to get off the couch and have fun.

 

If you've been interested in trying one of our adventure races but haven't found the nerve or the friends willing to go out and get lost for a few hours, think of this as an entry level course. The Boar AR will be happening simultaneously so you can check out what's going on there as well.
