The Grizedale Duathlon is a unique multisport event based in the stunning setting of Grizedale Forest Park, in the southern Lake District and is completely off road. Consisting of a 6.5k trail run, followed by a 24k mountain bike ride & then a further 6.5k trail run, the event is suitable for all abilities, whether you have never competed in this type of event before or looking for a tough challenge.
