The race will take the format of having 3 disciplines; trail/mountain running (walking and jogging also accepted!), Kayaking and cycling.
The Connemara Adventure Challenge is approx 31km in total and it is open to racers of all levels. It will soon off all that Connemara has to offer with spectacular scenery and a great course, all topped off with a free after party!
