Oyster Catcher Trail Run

Date: 19 - 21 September 2014
Venue: Sandpiper Sports Centre, Boggoms Bay, Garden Route, Western Cape
Event Format: Solo’s

Distances:
3 Day Trail Run: Day 1: 20km, Day 2: 20km and Day 3: 16km
2 Day Trail Run: Day 1: 20km and Day 2: 16km
1 Day Trail Run: 16km (St Blaize Trail)

Entry Fees:
Pre-entries qualify for goodie bags and lunches.
3 Day Trail Run: R1500 (includes lunch Friday, Saturday and Sunday and goodie bag)
2 Day Trail Run: R1100 (includes lunch Saturday and Sunday and goodie bag)
1 Day Trail Run: R250 (includes lunch Sunday and goodie bag)

Registration and Late Entries:
Pre-entries for the 2 day and 3 day events will close 5 September 2014. No late entries will be accepted.
Pre-entries for the 1 day event will close 5 September and late entries can be done 21 September at 6:30 at Dana Bay 2nd Beach. Late entries do not qualify for a lunch ticket or goodie bag.
Registration for the 3 day event will be Thursday 18 September from 17:00 - 20:00 with a compulsory race briefing afterwards.
Registration for the 2 day event will be Friday 19 September from 17:00 - 20:00 with a compulsory race

Compulsory Equipment (for your own safety):
As a precaution, we would like you to carry the following compulsory equipment with you during your run. It is for your own personal safety. Please adhere to the following:

• Cell phone (on roaming please)
• zip lock bag to keep phone dry
• Space blanket
• Backpack
• Long Thermal base layer (pants and top)
• Whistle
• Hat
• Emergency food
• Headlamp
• Water bottles
• Sunscreen (factor 50)
• Outer shell jacket (waterproof)
• First aid kit

Please ensure that you have the compulsory equipment with you at all times during race as conditions change quickly.
