Distances:
Super Sprint: 200m swim, 5km MTB, 1 km run
Sprint: 500 swim, 13km MTB, 2,1 km run
Standard: 1000 m swim, 26km MTB, 5,5 km run
Entry Fees:
Super Sprint: R100
Sprint: R200
Standard: R300

Please note: If you are not registered with TSA you will unfortunately have to pay an extra fees for a day License. Day License for the Super Sprint and Sprint Distance is R30 extra and for the Standard is R100 extra and will be collected at Registration by TSA Referees.
