The MOMAR is a one day sprint adventure race. Participants are required to trail run, mountain bike, navigate and paddle their way over 30-50km of rugged West Coast terrain in the Comox Valley. Particiants and volunteers celebrate their acheivements at the MOMAR's famous post-race party at Mount Washington resort.
