Take your run-of-the-mill duathlon, mix in a little dirt and the ability to choose your own course and you have the JV Adventure Du! Six hours to find as many of the 40 designated locations as you can. Choose the ones you want and skip some if you need. The person with the most points in the least amount of time wins!

Individuals or teams of two using a map and compass, strategy and brains will ride, run, or both to 40 separate marked locations. Your race map will come pre-plotted. Your mobile phone has a compass app (or you can use a traditional one). You can choose between riding or running or both to complete the course.

While we recommend a mountain bike and trail shoes, you can use whatever you choose. There will be water available in the transition area and your family and friends can cheer (or heckle) you on!

Big Hollow is conveniently located ten miles north of Burlington. Get there by taking Pleasant Grove Rd. west three miles off of Highway 61 then turning south on 152nd Ave. and go one mile to the park entrance.
