Whether you’re a keen athlete / novice runner / a group of friends or a family with Children, Glow in the Park is perfect for you! We are encouraging all abilities to dance / walk / jog or run together in a friendly and fun environment. So whether you are an individual, family, group or team, everyone is welcome to sign up and Get Your Glow On!

Worried about running in the dark? The course has flashing marker lights and arrows , marshals and medics. Please note: You will pass though areas of the course that are dark. You must wear a working headtorch to particpate as part of the event. Most areas of the course are on even ground but some areas might be uneven. Please use your head torch and proced with caution. 

Collect your free Glow in the Park head band and bib number on the day or opt to have the pre event post pack sent to you (which includes your bib number, a Glow In The Park headband, UV face paint and a glow band) then make your way to the Start Pen and prepare to party.
