By teams of 2, they must, with a minimum gear, go over a distance of 300 K or 150 K in 3 days, and perform various sport-nature disciplines such as mountain bike, canoe on sea and rivers, trekking, coastering, swim, rope activities, trail running, canyoning and other surprises.
