The race was born in 2007, it is organized by the adventure team: Team CHIPS Adventure is once again part of the Uruguayan Ranking of Adventure Racing (RUCA), this being the ninth edition and Stage # 6 of the RUCA. It will take place on January 31, with a start at dawn on Sunday.
