The Dragon's Back Race is a multi-stage ultra-running race through Wales, often renowned as the toughest mountain race in the world. It follows a mountainous route along the spine of Wales, starting at Conwy Castle in the north and ending in Cardiff Castle in the south. The race spans over six days, covering roughly 380 kilometers (236 miles) with a total ascent of around 16,400 meters (57,000 feet).
