Euforia Expeditions has designed an exclusive training program for high performance athletes in one of the most competitive scenarios in the world, crossing more than 250 Kilometers in 7 days. The participants will go through 10 of the 12 microclimates found in Costa Rica.

The journey runs rivers, lakes, active and extinct volcanoes and most of the Costa Rican Mountain Range System which is part of America’s Mountain Range, as well as coasts and gulfs not leaving behind the different types of forests found in Costa Rica.

This event is exclusive in it’s type as for it covers diverse adventure disciplines striving to improve the physical performance of each individual. The expedition will go through many different terrains such as: paved roads, muddy trails, dirt roads, rocks and gravel, amidst others.

The event’s goal is to put to the test the technical abilities of organizational strategy, adaptation, expedition, as well as physical and psychological strength.
