Started in 1997 as a winter training series for the British Quadrathlon Team. The race is low key, and friendly and includes a 3 mile cross country run, 2 mile river kayak, 6 mile off-road cycle and then a 1 mile cross country run to finish. There\'s also a run-bike-run option.
