Ocean Swim Course: Swimmers will register at Watsons Bay. The swim will start at Camp Cove, which is a short walk from Watsons Bay. From Camp Cove swimmers will haled out into the harbour back towards the shore then follow the coastline around into Watsons Bay. Conditions for this swim are generally very calm. In the case of strong adverse westerly winds the course may be altered slightly.

Paddle Short Course: A 2 lap paddle starting and finishing in Watsons Bay. The race will follow some of the long course but will not venture outside the harbour. This race is suitable for paddlers of all abilities as it remains within the protected areas.

Ocean Paddle Long Course: Paddlers will start offshore from Watsons Bay. Proceeding out around the “white lighthouse” channel marker then head out around South Head to “The Gap” then round a bouy and back to Watsons Bay. Paddlers will do this twice then follow with one smaller lap around the “white lighthouse\" channel marker. There will be a small run finish at Watsons Bay. Contingency: in the case of adverse conditions the course may vary to suit.
