Mens Health Race 10, Bridge to Beach

Starting under the most famous of Sydney landmarks, competitors will swim or paddle their way from the harbour bridge over to Manly Cove.
Paddle Course
11 km race for all standard long course categories plus age events as well as double and mixed double events to be advised.
Swim Course
The harbour swim will be 11 kilometre individual or relay event.
Swim Categories
Individual - All individual competitors must be accompanied by an escort craft. This can be a small boat or kayak paddler.
2 People - 2 swimmers compete over the distance in a relay style race. The changeovers will be done from a small escort boat.
4 People - 4 swimmers compete over the distance in a relay. There are no set changeover points and competitors can change as often as they like. All changes are to be done from a small escort boat.
