As we return for our 4th year to the place that started it all, Maple Bay / Mt. Tzouhalem continues to be a marquee venue filled with first rate single-track trails, spectacular views, and surprises that always make for a new and challenging course. Staged from the Maple Bay Marina, this race is a favorite for many of our regular racers.

A Mind Over Mountain Adventure Race is a one-day event that challenges the bodies and minds of racers over 40-50km of rugged West Coast terrain and features the multi-sport disciplines of kayaking, mountain biking, trail running, and orienteering. Competitors race solo, or in teams of two or four. From the most novice of racers to the most seasoned of athletes, our adventure races will test all of your faculties and prove to be one of your biggest endurance accomplishments of the year.

Get your team together and sign up early as this race is limited to the first 200 racers. The after party will once again return to the Cowichan Golf and Country Club for its infamous banquet and dance--the final stage to an epic day.
