We started providing Training Courses back in 2001 as a means to introduce people into Adventure Racing. Since then, we have developed a slick programme which is delivered by experts with tremendous experience in the sport. It is a busy weekend with a balance of theory and practical sessions.

Inside you will learn about AR kit, navigation techniques, canoeing skills, fitness training and nutrition. Outside you will run and bike in small groups led by a facilitator gaining experience at navigating on the move. On Sunday you put it all into practice with a mini adventure race.
