CARE Adventure Race
This Adventure Race is ideal for teams who are taking part in other CARE Challenge events as it will complement their existing training. It is also ideal for those looking to start adventure racing or a great day out for those looking for exercise and fresh air!
Teams will be given five hours to orienteer on both foot and bike, the objective being to collect as many points as possible around Swinley Forest. Each orienteering point has a different value, and depending on which ones you visit, the more points you can collect. For the race grid references will be supplied identifying where all the orienteer points are located.
Careful route choice and teamwork are essential in collecting the maximum possible points. There are also bonus points to be gathered in a mystery activity.
