A new quadrathlon race in a new venue! As part of the Milford Haven Waterways Festival. 800m estuary swim with excellent safety cover, followed by 43km road bike ride on B class roads, then a 10km estuary kayak (any type of kayak suitable, although a radical design K1 could ship water and a playboat will be hard work!), then a 10km run on tracks and roads.
