This adventure sprint race will be held for the fourth time this year. It is the largest couple adventure race in the Netherlands. The adventure will take contestants 6 to 8 hours to complete, and is open for experienced adventure racers as well as athletes which are new to this sport.



The Outdoor Challenge will have the following sport disciplines:



Mountainbiking: 25-30 km

Trail running: 10-15 km

Canadian canoeing: 8-12 km

Kickbiking: 15-20 km

Orienteering



The teams have to get to as many checkpoints as possible, but it is not mandatory to finish to visit them all. Around 40% of all teams can complete the whole course of checkpoints. Winning team, is the team with highest number of checkpoints reached in the fastest time.
