Length: 5 hours
Location: Loch Lomond & Trossachs Country Park

This event is the Scottish leg of the Wooden Spoon Society's Six Nations Challenge Series which will see challenge events in each of the country's that take part in rugby's Six Nations Championship.

The challenge is open to teams of two or corporate teams of four and is designed to appeal across the board to experienced and first time adventure racers alike.

Set in the spectacular Loch Lomond area of Scotland, the course will involve trail running/trekking, mountain biking, kayaking and a number of special challenges throughout the course. The event will include 10-12 miles of mountain biking, 5-8 miles of trail running and 1-2 miles of open kayaking on flat water. The exact distances and order will not be revealed until the morning of the event. Bringing a different dimension to the challenge are a number of ‘special tests’ interspersed throughout the event -- kept secret until the leading competitors reach them! Conquering the tests will require initiative, inventiveness and teamwork.

The Six Nations Challenge Series is in aid of the Wooden Spoon Society and its work to help disadvantaged children and young people across the UK. Competitors will therefore be asked to reach a minimum fundraising target in addition to the event entry fee.
