Australia\'s only 12-hour urban adventure race, the AROC 12 Hour Urban Adventure mixes Canberra\'s great iconic landmarks with the surrounding bushland to give you a fun and exciting event that keeps you on your toes. It involves around 8 to 12 hours of non-stop adventure, navigating on foot, mountain bike and kayak. You might even have to negotiate the Canberra bus system, or face a surprise challenge (including ropes)!!

Teams must be made up of 3 people who will complete the course together. You can enter as a mixed, male or female team.

The format of the course will be a fixed course meaning that checkpoints must be visited in a set order.

No support crews are required and kayaks, paddles, life jackets, maps and race instructions are all provided by AROC Sport. Just bring your teammates, your mountain bike and compass and discover real adventure around the corner of your local coffee shop!
