The Howl at the Moon Adventure Race will be held along the Suwanee River in Northern Florida.
The Suwanee River Wilderness Trail runs 207 miles from the northern most extent of rural north Florida to the Gulf of Mexico and encompasses activities such as canoeing, camping, boating, hiking, biking, birding and horseback riding. The Trail was designed to provide nature-based recreationists a managed wilderness experience while educating them on protecting the natural, cultural and heritage resources in the Suwannee River Basin.
The Howl includes 12-18 hours of off road biking, running, trekking, bushwhacking, paddling, navigating, and rope traversing. This is a great race to get a feel of what Adventure racing is all about as you race throughout the evening.
