This years race will bring all the challenge, excitement and organization as our inaugural 2006 race and more.....
With an official race start and finish in the beautiful traditional City of Woodstock, Georgia, racers will be the center of attention (you may hear one of two things, \"Yea!!! Good Luck!\" or \"What the heck is going on?\").
The race finish will be amongst a frenzy of activity in downtown Woodstock. A VIP Lounge for Racers/Support/Volunteer/Sponsors, Chili Cook-off, Vendor Booths, Sponsor tables, NEW! Main Street Mile Fun Run, and music...Our goal is to bring the public closer to the action and to envelope the entire family of racers, support crew, volunteers and staff!
Teams:
First 9 teams that need housing will have the ability to use the YMCA onsite cabins. Email toby@ymcaatlanta.org before you register to set this up.
Proceeds:
Proceeds go to the YMCA Teen Adventure Leadership Program. This program allows the YMCA to challenge Teens in an adventurous atmosphere. Through caving, backpacking, rafting and climbing we allow teens to utilize their innate ability to problem solve, learn leadership and set goals. Last year we were able to purchase much needed goods like; headlamps, sleeping bags, cookware and tents...

3/coed - 1st: $1,000, 2nd: $500, 3rd: $250
