Our Introductory Adventure Camps are ideal for those new to adventure racing or for those wanting to improve their basic skills. The weekend offers skills training and advice in navigation, trail running, mountain biking and canoeing..there is even an abseil. This is done on the Saturday. On the Sunday you will be put into a team and take part in a special adventure race where the brain plays as big a role as the heart and lungs!
