The first ever event of its type to be held around the awesome Annapurna circuit in Nepal.

Open to MTB\'ers and runners and teams of 2 of any combination this race will ultimately decide who is fastest through the mountains, bike or foot.



Entirely off road on rugged mountain trails competitors will climb over 5.5 days from 800m to an incredible 5416m on top of the Thorong la pass.

Its then a 2.5 day 4400m descent down to Beni a market town situated along side the raging Kali Gandaki river, and finally onto Pokhara by bus for a post race knees up !!



This event will test the fitness, endurance and skill of both disciplines, but the eventual winner will be rewarded with a cash prize of £500 and crowned King (or Queen) of the Mountains.



Entry price icludes airport pickup and 2 nights hotel accomodation in Kathmandu, transport to race start, all accomodation during race, portering of luggage between stages,return transport to Kathmandu. (see site for more details)
