Multisport has never been so exciting! Teams of 3 race across undulating Dorset farm and woodland on foot and on mountain bikes. At the end of each run lap teams must negotiate the infamous votwo assault course. On the final run lap teamwork really comes to the fore when competitors are faced with the 3 metre high wall. At the first DDAR earlier this year the event director helped the athletes out by fixing hand holds onto the wall. Is he feeling as helpful for the November race?
