The first and most-eagerly awaited adventure race in the Middle Tennessee region will be a 6 to 10 hour, 30-40 mile, unsupported competition featuring trekking, orienteering, paddling, mountain biking, and fixed ropes. The race will also incorporate unique team challenges designed by nationally recognized challenge course specialists from Adventureworks! (http://www.adventureworks.com).

Tennessee offers some of the country's most challenging and diverse natural terrain. It's adventure racing potential has gone largely unnoticed outside of the region. NashvAR knows the area well, and is excited about creating a race that will challenge teams physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Registration for the event is now open for both racers and volunteers. The 30 available team spots are expected to be filled quickly.
