These weekends are devoted to the skills of navigation and all aspects of running/trekking and AR techniques. Based in the Lakes you will quickly progress to advanced navigation in real open mountain terrain, and learn from experienced tutors in small effective groups. Our September course traditionally has an \'OMM\' flavour as people gear up for the forthcoming Mountain Marathon. All learning is transferable: our location, programme, tutor ratio and presentation make this a very effective and popular weekend.
