Craven College Outdoor Adventure students are running an Adventure Challenge on the 22nd March 2009. This is an event open to male and female participants over the age of 16. The event involves orienteering, mountain biking, abseiling down a local crag and climbing on a purpose built wall. All participants will orienteer and cycle, the abseil and climb are optional.The event based at the Craven College Aireville campus will lead out up onto the local Moor collecting points from orienteering markers placed by the college, and eventually back to the Craven College to try out the climbing wall, check out a few stalls or just relax and enjoy some refreshments. There will be prizes generously given by our sponsors Ultimate Outdoors. All proceeds from the event will go to Upper Wharfedale Fell Rescue.
