You will be given 5 hours in which to find as many �control points� as possible. At the start of your 5 hours, you will be given the grid references for the �control points�. The points will be of different values and there will be penalties for coming back late-as such, you will probably decide that you will not reach them all in the time limit, making your route choice very important.

Each team will start the race on foot and will be able to choose how long within the 5 hour time frame they spend on each discipline � foot and bike. A minimum of 1 hour will need to be spent on each activity.
