Good introduction to orienteering, and a fun sprint event for more experienced runners. Starts between 3:30 and 4:30 pm. Prizes for series winner, best of 4 out of 5 races.
You can enter on line at the web site to ensure a map (some extras will be available on the day).
The course is run using electronic controls (SportIdent). A data stick can be hired on the day. Compasses can be borrowed.
Bring water, sunscreen and hat.
