The first of the tow day races for 2004 (see below for one day) and promises to be at least as good as 2003. There will be a forced stop through part of the night and there will be the option to drop part of the course and take a time penalty in order to finish. This format works well as the few dropouts we have had have usually only due to bike problems. There will be rope and kayak sections so some skills are necessary. There will be no white water kayaking. The costs noted above are for the two day.

The second of the one day races that in the tradition of the two day events will be chalanging to all and make the most of what Ireland has to offer. This race will be held on the Saturday at the same time as the two day. There will be no kayaking but there will be plenty of variation. As with the two day the course will be designed to allow competitors to drop sections and incur time penalties in order to cross the finish line in one peace. You supply the bike, maps, compass and we will supply and specialised equipment for the rope sections. The costs for the one day are £35.00 per person per race.
