The event is open to those over 18 years of age. Each competitor will recieve a goodie bag and tecnical t-shirt on the day of the race. There will be two courses on the day:- Ras na Ríochta covering up to 50km and Rás na Ríochta lite (for those new to adventure racing) covering up to 25km.
