This challenge for 2-person and 4-person teams consists of mountainbiking (25 km /short-distance route or 40 km / long-distance route), crossrunning (10 km / short-distance route or 20 km / long-distance route), and of seven adventure elements on the trail and in the transition and finishing area as a third discipline (singletrail, rapelling, bike parcours, "mohawk path", navigation, wood chip dune, obstacle course).

There are three classes:

Master Class: 40 km biking, 20 km running, 7 adventure elements; 2-person or 4-person team possible.

Challenge Class: 20 km biking, 20 km running, 7 adventure elements; 2-person or 4-person team possible.

Freshmen Class Bike: 20 km biking, 3 adventure elements (singeltrail, rapelling, bike parcours); only 2-person teams possible.

Freshmen Class Running: 10 km running, 3 adventure elements (navigation, wood chip dune, obstacle course); only 2-person teams possible.
