Description: Make the most of your summer fitness and the final weekend before the clocks go back by joining us for a whole day of sport in the Welsh Capital City. Lots of give aways, prizes and cash for winners. No experience necessary, kayaks provided in the entry fee and bikes available for hire. With spectator activities and stalls at the event centre it's going to be one exciting day!


If you're new to orienteering or kayaking or feel slightly under trained in these disciplines, don't turn away yet because we will be offering some very affordable courses leading up to the event and tailored specifically for the event. Dates and prices will be posted on the website below.

Disciplines: Running, orienteering, trail cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, approximate distances of 10k running, 35k cycling and 3k kayaking
