The idea is simple – but you need to decide just how much time you spend on foot or on your bike, how often you change modes and where. Some controls will be best visited on foot, some by bike and some accessible by either means. You may choose to return to base or change modes remotely, away from base.
The event runs from Mid-day to Midnight on Saturday, so you’ll be racing into darkness for the later stages. Register on Saturday morning, for an 11:30am event briefing. The event clock starts at noon and stops at Mid-night. Don’t be late.
We have free camping at Bampton, and this is just one of the events at The Bampton Bash! Hardcore racers will also run our Tour de Kentmere trail run on Sunday, whilst others might prefer our weekend navigation course.
