The HeB2B Adventure is a multi-sport adventure from the island of Barra to The Butt of Lewis over five days. It is a stage race involving running, MTB, road biking and swimming, with overnight camps each night.

The event is open to Quad Teams of four, Trios or Pairs self-supporting in relay format, or as supported Expert Solos. All participants to be competent in open wilderness terrain; not all team members need to do all disciplines, but it helps! Solos need all round strength and competency.
