Cardiff Burn is part of the Burn Series that runs throughout Wales each year.

They are multisport events where competitors compete in pairs.

Each event involves running, both on road & off road, navigating, both urban and orienteering, cycling on road, trail & mountain biking & kayaking on double sit on top kayaks.

It is one of the most spectator friendly multisport events around because racers are always passing through the event centre.
