Holiday Inn Multisport
The Holiday Inn, Port Vila will be the Hub for this Multisport where all the transitions take place.
There will be a dawn start for the Mountain Bike section which will take competitors out of town on sealed (but being Vanuatu potholed) roads to Rentapau, where they will turn off onto a dirt road that runs along the coast back to Teouma and then onto the sealed road again and ride back to Holiday Inn.
Teams must then inflate their kayaks provided and paddle on First Lagoon to Erakor Island and return.
Competitors then have a 1km swim around a small Island at Holiday Inn that contains a part of their golf course and their overwater bungalows.
The Race will conclude with a road run from Holiday Inn to the wharf and return.
