The event is a 25,17 or 10 mile walk or run over undulating terrain accross open moor and tracks with minimal road use. Checkpoints have water/juice and basic refreshments. Mass start at 09.00 for walkers and 10.00 for runners. Well behaved dogs allowed on lead. Under 17 to be accompanied by adult at all times.
