Rab National Mini-Mountain Marathon Series 2012 - Round 3/4
4 hour fell running/mini-mountain marathon events for solos or pairs. Hilly, challenging & testing events on open moorland, open fell & in mountainous terrain, organised & run under FRA (Fell Runners Association) rules
Visit as many control sites (each having a varying points value) as possible within 4 hours - route planning is as important as fitness. There are penalty points if you are back late! Mountain/fell navigation skills are required, these events are mainly aimed at fell runners & orienteer\'s.
Registration opens at 7.30 a.m. Start anytime between 08.15 & 10.00 a.m.
