The first event was a huge success on the Georges river, and with no shortage of waterways to choose from it was decided to go north and visit Pittwater on the 13th of October 2007, bordered by Ku-Ring-Gai National Park to the west, the Barrenjoey Peninsula to the east and the Hawkesbury River to the north there is plenty of scope for the organisers to keep competitors busy.

The event caters to paddlers of all skill levels and even gives people without craft the option to hire Voyager Doubles. With some fierce competition last year and only 5 crews clearing the course organisers won\'t be out to break competitors, but they will certainly throw a few tests at them. With a myriad of trails on west head and numerous beaches and a coves teams and individuals can tackle as much or as little as they wish over the course of the 5 hrs.
