Explore Kelvin Heights in TrustPower Adventure Quest

The TrustPower Adventure Quest is an event designed to encourage healthy lifestyles and exploration of the Wakatipu basin\'s stunning natural environment.
The race will be held on Saturday 29th September. Starting in the Kelvin Height\'s Peninsula in Jardine Park, teams will head out into the surrounding flats and hills on foot and bike in search of orienteering adventure clues.
The event last year had a record number of entries, with 80 teams lined up. Southern Traverse race director Geoff Hunt is delighted to be able to offer sports men and women across the lower South Island a fun and unique race.
This is the first time the race will be staged in the Kelvin Heights area and he believes everyone who enters is going to discover parts of the Peninsula they have never explored before.
