6th TransPortugal Garmin mountain bike race to take place June 1-8, 2008

We have also taken advantage of the feedback we received to streamline a number of aspects of the race organisation, which will certainly make the 2008 edition even better!
Yes, we are already hard at work, preparing things for the VI edition of the TransPortugal Garmin, which will be from 1st to 8th June 2008.
Since the race started Garmin has been an important part of the event, and are our main sponsors. They have already confirmed they will continue to support the race. So we are pleased to say once again in 2008 the kind and friendly Claudia Sousa and Rute Alegria will be joining us during the race, representing Garmin. We would like to take advantage of this opportunity to sincerely thank them.
Registration opens on the 1st October 2007 at 00:00 GMT, and once again the race is limited to 50 participants. If you are thinking of participating in 2008 make sure you have this date marked in your diary and be sure to sign up early. Last year the race filled up very quickly and we are certain places will go even more quickly this year!
