Infiterra Sports LLC announced details on its 2008 calendar of events

Today Infiterra Sports LLC announced details on its 2008 calendar of events. Chad Lambert, Infiterra Sports partner, made the announcement.

“2008 is going to be another great year for adventure racing here in Michigan and the Midwest,” commented Lambert. “We are taking a year off from producing an expedition length race, but all of the other exciting races that participants have come to love will be back in 2008.” Courses will range from 25 to 100+ miles and from 4 to 30 hours in duration. Events will include mountain biking, paddling, trekking / orienteering and fixed ropes when feasible. Infiterra Sports 2008 adventure race schedule is as follows:

March Madness (4-6 hour)
March 8, 2008 – Holly Recreation Area: Holly, Michigan

Spring Fury – Advanced (10 hour)
April 12, 2008 – Yankee Springs Recreation Area: Middleville, Michigan

Spring Fury – Beginner (8 hour)
April 13, 2008 – Yankee Springs Recreation Area: Middleville, Michigan

Adventure Rage (30 hour)
July 11 - 13, 2008 – Caberfae Peaks Resort: Cadillac, Michigan
